I made myself a professional painter. I am renting a dedicated studio space since July 2020. The studio is tucked away in a corner of a working farm, next to a local florist and pottery studio, surrounded by interesting people and beautiful gardens. My paintings have stealthily moved from expressive landscapes towards abstract florals and I love it.

I give myself 24 months to see what happens, turning up every day in the studio. Painting. Fretting. Pondering. Smiling.
